Title

Daily Language Review

Body

The Daily Language Review (DLR) sheets are now posted in the folder by the same name.  These are what the students complete Monday through Thursday of each week.  We then spend time going over each answer and, more importantly, discussing what grammar rule needs to be followed.  On Friday, I choose eight of the problems and put them in a quiz for students to take.  That is the DLR grade that you see in the grade book each week.  Students should be completing the DLR each day, participating in the discussion that follows, making appropriate changes (if necessary), and then studying them for the quiz each Friday.

This folder is also the place students will need to go if they misplace their DLR that I give them every Monday.  I print enough copies for each student to have one copy.  If they lose their one copy, they will need to print the week's DLR at home to have another copy.
