This course is an overview of how science is applied to solving crimes. Topics including history of forensic sciences, collecting of evidence, analyzing results and hands-on application of many laboratory techniques used in solving crimes and identifying people and future careers. Students will participate in a mock (staged) crime scene to apply knowledge and skills gained.
